Toy Canon currently operates as an online-only toy and collectible store. We do not currently operate a public retail location.

Toy Canon provides an online platform for purchasing toys, collectibles, preorders, and related products and for accessing Toy Canon features and services, including customer accounts, Collector XP, and features powered by the Toy Canon Engine.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, release information, and other content; however, errors, manufacturer changes, distributor updates, delays, and technical issues may occur.

Collector XP and other Toy Canon Engine features are proprietary promotional and digital services provided by Toy Canon.

Collector XP has no cash value and is subject to the applicable Collector XP Terms.

Toy Canon Engine features remain under active development and may be modified, updated, interrupted, replaced, or discontinued as permitted by the applicable Terms of Service.

No Unauthorized Returns or Visits

Toy Canon currently operates online only.

Our mailing address is not a retail store, customer pickup location, or public return location.

Do not mail merchandise or returns to Toy Canon without prior authorization and return instructions from Toy Canon Support.
