Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Toy Canon offers certain products for preorder, allowing collectors to reserve upcoming products before they become available for fulfillment.

Please review this policy carefully before placing a preorder.

Preorders

A preorder is an advance purchase for a product that Toy Canon expects to receive from a manufacturer, distributor, or other authorized supply source at a later date.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the product is not currently ready for fulfillment and that release dates, availability, quantities, and other product information may change before the product becomes available.

Payment

Preorders are charged in full immediately at checkout.

Your payment reserves your preorder with Toy Canon, but payment does not mean the product has been released, received by Toy Canon, or fulfilled.

Collector XP associated with a preorder also does not become earned or available at checkout. Purchase-related Collector XP remains pending until the applicable item has been fulfilled.

Estimated Release & Arrival Dates

All manufacturer, distributor, release, arrival, and fulfillment dates associated with preorder products are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Release dates may move forward or backward.

Manufacturers and distributors may:

• Delay a release
• Change a release date
• Change product specifications or packaging
• Reduce allocations
• Change available quantities
• Discontinue a product
• Cancel a product entirely

Other manufacturing, transportation, distribution, customs, or logistical delays may also affect when Toy Canon receives a product.

A delayed preorder does not automatically mean the product has been canceled.

Conservative Estimates

When possible, Toy Canon may use conservative estimated release or arrival information to account for potential manufacturer or distributor delays.

As a result, your preorder may become available and ship earlier than the estimate displayed on the product page.

It may also arrive later.

Estimated dates should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.

Preorder Updates

Our team will do its best to keep preorder information current as we receive meaningful updates from manufacturers and distributors.

When appropriate, Toy Canon may:

• Update the product page
• Update estimated release or arrival information
• Contact affected customers
• Provide information through customer support
• Use other reasonable methods to communicate an update

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate important information, but Toy Canon does not guarantee individual notification for every manufacturer, distributor, release-date, allocation, or availability update.

We encourage customers with active preorders to periodically check the applicable product page, as we may update its description or release information when new information becomes available.

You are also welcome to contact Toy Canon Support for an available status update.

Customer Preorder Cancellations

You may request cancellation of a preorder at any time before the applicable item has been fulfilled.

To request cancellation, contact Toy Canon Support with your order information.

Once Toy Canon has fulfilled the applicable item, it can no longer be canceled as a preorder.

After fulfillment, the product becomes subject to the Refund & Return Policy, including any applicable Final Sale designation.

For example, a preorder for an item priced at $100 or more may be canceled before fulfillment, but once fulfilled, that product is subject to Toy Canon's $100-or-more Final Sale rule.

The same principle applies to blind bags, randomized products, chases, rares, exclusives, and other Final Sale merchandise.

Refunds for Canceled Preorders

When an eligible preorder is canceled before fulfillment, Toy Canon will initiate the applicable refund to the original payment method.

After Toy Canon initiates the refund, your bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution may require additional processing time before the funds become available.

That additional processing time is outside Toy Canon's control.

Manufacturer or Distributor Cancellations

The collectible industry sometimes changes unexpectedly.

A manufacturer or distributor may cancel a product, discontinue it, reduce our allocation, or otherwise make a product unavailable to Toy Canon after customers have already placed preorders.

Toy Canon cannot guarantee that every preorder product will ultimately be supplied to us.

If a manufacturer or distributor cancels a collectible, our allocation becomes unavailable, or Toy Canon otherwise determines that we will not be able to fulfill your preorder, Toy Canon may cancel the affected item or order and initiate the applicable refund promptly.

If you receive notice that your preorder has been canceled by Toy Canon, manufacturer or distributor cancellation, allocation changes, or product unavailability may be the reason.

We may also update the applicable product page with information regarding the product's status.

Allocation Changes

Manufacturers and distributors sometimes allocate fewer units than originally expected.

If Toy Canon receives fewer units than expected and cannot fulfill every preorder, we reserve the right to cancel affected preorder quantities or orders and issue the applicable refunds.

We will make reasonable efforts to manage preorder quantities carefully and reduce the likelihood of this occurring, but distributor or manufacturer allocations are ultimately outside Toy Canon's direct control.

Preorder Fulfillment

Once Toy Canon receives the applicable inventory and the preorder is ready for fulfillment, our team will work to process it as quickly as reasonably possible.

After a preorder becomes available for fulfillment, applicable processing and shipping procedures are governed by the Toy Canon Shipping Policy.

Collector XP on Preorders

Collector XP associated with a preorder remains pending until the applicable item has been fulfilled.

Being charged for a preorder does not make its XP earned or available.

If the preorder is canceled before fulfillment—whether at the customer's request or because the product becomes unavailable—the associated pending purchase XP will not become available XP.

After fulfillment, XP is governed by the Collector XP Terms, including rules concerning returns, refunds, redemptions, adjustments, fraud, and program abuse.

Product Changes

Manufacturers occasionally modify products between their initial announcement and final production.

Changes may include packaging, accessories, colors, dimensions, specifications, artwork, release information, or other product characteristics.

Toy Canon will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate listings based on the information available to us, but we cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will not modify a product after it has been listed for preorder.

No Guaranteed Release Date

Do not place a preorder if you require the product by a guaranteed date.

Release dates and Toy Canon's receipt of preorder inventory depend substantially on manufacturers, distributors, transportation providers, and other parties outside our control.

If timing becomes an issue and the preorder has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation under this policy.

Current Purchase Options

Toy Canon currently operates primarily through standard purchases of Available Now/In-Stock products and preorders.

We do not currently offer standard:

• Subscription purchases
• Toy Canon auctions
• Try Before You Buy purchases

If Toy Canon introduces additional purchase formats in the future, separate or updated terms may apply.
