Some items offered on Toy Canon may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or special promotional formats. The terms below explain how these purchases work.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout.
Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged according to your selected schedule, unless paid in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
Subscription management links are included in your order confirmation email. You may also contact support@toycanon.com or use live chat for assistance.
Returns and refunds for subscription items are subject to our Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve items that are not yet in stock.
Payment
Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your preorder.
Fulfillment
Pre-order items will ship once we receive inventory from the manufacturer or distributor.
Release dates provided are estimated and subject to change due to manufacturer delays, shipping delays, or allocation adjustments.
Release Date Estimates
Expected ship dates are estimates only and may change without notice. We update expected shipping timeframes on the product page as new information becomes available.
In many cases, we list conservative shipping estimates to account for potential delays. This means your preorder may ship earlier than the listed date.
We encourage customers to periodically review the product page for updated shipping information.

Cancellations
Preorders may be canceled prior to shipment, subject to our Refund Policy. Once a preorder item has shipped, it is subject to our standard return terms.
If a preorder item becomes unavailable due to manufacturer cancellation or allocation changes, a full refund will be issued.
Auctions
Auction purchases are binding and final once payment is completed.
Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified at checkout.
Auction items are final sale unless received damaged or incorrect.
Try Before You Buy (not currently Offered)
If offered, “Try Before You Buy” items may be authorized on your payment method prior to shipment.
If the item is not returned within the stated evaluation period, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount.
