📦 Toy Canon Shipping Policy

At Toy Canon, we know collectors want their items as soon as possible. Our team works hard to process, carefully pack, and ship orders as quickly as we reasonably can while taking the time necessary to help protect your collectibles.

Toy Canon currently operates as an online-only toy and collectible store.

📦 In-Stock & Available Now Orders

For products identified as In Stock or Available Now, please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing and handling before shipment.

Whenever possible, we try to do better.

Orders placed early enough in the business day may sometimes ship the same business day, and many orders will typically ship by the next business day. However, these faster processing times are not guaranteed.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • The number of orders our team is handling
  • Friday Drops and other high-volume releases
  • Order size or complexity
  • Holidays and weekends
  • Carrier schedules
  • Inventory verification
  • Weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control

The 1–3 business day processing period is separate from the carrier's estimated transit time after shipment.

Our goal is simple: we want to get your collectibles to you as quickly as we reasonably can while still taking care when preparing and protecting your order.

⏱️ Need an Order Sooner?

If you need an in-stock item by a particular date, please contact Toy Canon Support as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee expedited processing or delivery, but if there is something reasonably within our control that can help, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Whenever possible, contacting us before placing the order gives our team the best opportunity to let you know what may be possible.

Carrier transit times and delivery dates remain outside Toy Canon's direct control.

🇺🇸 United States Shipping

Free Standard Shipping

Toy Canon currently offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders over $29.99 before applicable taxes.

Shipping promotions, thresholds, exclusions, and available shipping methods may change from time to time.

Orders Under $29.99

Eligible U.S. orders under $29.99 are currently subject to a $6.99 standard shipping charge, unless another shipping rate or promotion is displayed at checkout.

The shipping rate displayed and accepted at checkout will apply to the order.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the order, destination, product, package size, service availability, and other logistical considerations, Toy Canon may use carriers including:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • DHL
  • Other appropriate shipping providers when necessary

We may select or change the specific carrier or service used to fulfill an order when reasonably necessary, provided an appropriate shipping service is used.

Estimated Transit Times

Typical carrier transit estimates may include:

  • UPS Ground: approximately 3–5 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: approximately 3–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: approximately 2–3 business days

These are carrier transit estimates after the package has been shipped and do not include Toy Canon's processing time.

Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Toy Canon.

🌎 International Shipping

Toy Canon may offer international shipping to eligible countries and destinations.

International shipping services and rates are calculated or displayed at checkout based on factors such as:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Available carrier services

Toy Canon may use DHL Express or another appropriate international carrier, depending on availability and destination.

A $7 international handling fee may apply to international orders to account for additional processing and logistics.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage charges
  • Government fees
  • Other destination-country charges

These charges are generally determined by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier and are not controlled by Toy Canon.

Customs processing may also delay delivery.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, or otherwise affected because required customs duties, taxes, fees, or other customer obligations were not satisfied, additional shipping or return costs may apply where permitted by law.

🛒 Preorders

Preorders do not follow the 1–3 business day processing timeframe until the product becomes available to Toy Canon for fulfillment.

Customers are charged for preorder products at checkout.

Manufacturer and distributor release dates are estimates and may change. Products can be delayed, allocations can change, and manufacturers or distributors may cancel or discontinue products.

Once a preorder product becomes available to us and is ready for fulfillment, our team will work to process and ship it as quickly as reasonably possible.

Preorders are also governed by the separate Toy Canon Preorder Policy.

📦 Orders Containing Both In-Stock & Preorder Products

We need to finalize this rule before publishing this section.

If an order contains both an Available Now item and a preorder, we need to decide whether Toy Canon will:

  • ship the available merchandise separately and fulfill the preorder later, or
  • hold the order until all merchandise is available.

I would not publish an assumption here until we decide exactly how Shopify and the Inventory Engine will handle mixed orders.

📍 Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, Toy Canon will generally send a shipping confirmation containing the applicable tracking details.

Tracking information may take some time to begin displaying movement after a shipping label is created.

A shipping label being created does not necessarily mean the carrier has already physically received or scanned the package.

🏠 Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an address error before your order has shipped, contact Toy Canon Support as quickly as possible. We will attempt to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted or entered fulfillment.

Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may result in:

  • Carrier delays
  • Returned packages
  • Additional shipping charges
  • Additional processing time

If a package is returned to Toy Canon because of an address provided incorrectly by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

📬 Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, portions of the delivery process are outside Toy Canon's direct control.

Carrier delays may occur because of:

  • Weather
  • Transportation disruptions
  • High shipping volume
  • Customs processing
  • Service interruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Other circumstances outside Toy Canon's reasonable control

We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

However, if you experience a problem with your shipment, please contact us. When appropriate, our team will do our best to help review the tracking information and determine what options may be available.

📦 Collectible Packaging & Protection

We understand that collectors may care about both the collectible and its packaging.

Our team makes reasonable efforts to inspect products before shipment and carefully pack orders using protective materials appropriate for the item whenever reasonably possible.

We want your collectible to arrive in the same condition in which it left us.

However, shipping carriers and transportation networks are outside our direct control, and minor manufacturer or packaging imperfections may exist before shipment.

Unless expressly stated on a product listing, Toy Canon does not guarantee mint or collector-grade packaging.

Please review our Refund & Return Policy for additional information regarding collectible condition, manufacturer variations, and qualifying shipping damage.

🚫 No Retail Pickup Location

Toy Canon currently operates as an online-only toy and collectible store.

We do not currently offer a public retail location or standard in-store pickup service.

Our mailing address is not a retail store or customer pickup location.

If Toy Canon introduces local pickup, retail locations, events, or other fulfillment options in the future, applicable information and terms will be provided at that time.

↩️ Returns

Do not send merchandise back to Toy Canon without prior authorization.

Returns must follow the Toy Canon Refund & Return Policy and the return instructions provided by Toy Canon Support.

Our mailing address should not automatically be used as a return address.
