Throughout these Terms, “Toy Canon,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Speculate LLC.
By accessing our website, placing an order, participating in auctions, placing preorders, or visiting our retail location, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & COLLECTIBLES
Toy Canon specializes in collectible items.
Due to the nature of collectibles:
• Packaging condition may vary
• Minor manufacturer imperfections may exist
• Colors may vary by screen
Unless otherwise stated, sealed items are sold in new condition as received from the distributor.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to:
• Accept or decline any order
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud
• Limit quantities per customer
Orders are not final until payment is processed and confirmation is sent.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Prices do not include:
• Sales tax
• Shipping
• Customs duties (for international orders)
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship via:
• UPS
• USPS
• DHL (international)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, or events beyond our control.
SECTION 6 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via DHL Express where available.
A flat $7 handling fee applies to international orders to cover additional processing and logistics.
International customers are responsible for:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage fees
These charges are not included in product prices.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in returned shipments without refund of original shipping costs.
SECTION 7 – PREORDERS
Preorder items are advance purchases for products not yet released.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge:

If a preorder item becomes unavailable due to distributor cancellation or allocation issues, we will issue a refund.
Preorder cancellations may be subject to our Refund Policy.

All auction sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified at checkout.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation and account restriction.

Not all inventory is stored on-site.
Orders selected for in-store pickup may require additional processing time.

Items over $100 are final sale unless received damaged or incorrect.
Opened collectibles are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to:
• Cancel suspicious orders

• Refuse service
• Limit transactions
Chargeback abuse may result in permanent account restriction.
