High-Value Items (Over $100)
Due to the collectible nature of our products, all items priced over $100 are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.
To ensure confidence before purchase, customers may:
• Request additional photos or videos prior to shipment
• Schedule an in-store visit at our Valencia location to inspect the item in person before purchase

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In new condition
• In original packaging
• With all seals intact
Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
Proof of purchase is required.

Return Authorization Required
Before sending any item back, you must contact support@toycanon.com to request return authorization.
Return requests must include:

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. In certain cases, the restocking fee may be waived depending on the item condition and circumstances.
Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
